Collate (SEIRI)-- Divide all the things into necessary and not necessary items. Keep the necessary, in addition,eliminate all the others. Objective: to make space, use of space flexible, prevent misuse, shaping relaxed place to work.
Rectify (SEITON)-Put all the necessary things in accordance with regulated positions and store neatly with marks. Objective: Make sure that workplace be clear at a glance and eliminate the time it takes for looking for these items. Guarantee very neat work environment and eliminate the backlog items.
Cleaning the (SEISO)--Make visible and invisible workplaces clean, maintain workplace clean &bright. Purpose: To insure quality stable and reduce industrial damage.
Clean (SEIKETSU)-Make sure collecting, rectify, sweeping will go through to the end, and institutionalized, often keep the environment in beautiful state. Objective: to create clear site, maintain above 3 S results.
Literacy (SHITSUKE)-every member should form good habits, and abide by the rules, training initiative spirit (also called the habitual). Objective: to cultivate a good habit, abide by the rules of the staff, build the team spirit.
Safety (SECURITY)-pay attention to safety education, every second safety first idea, and maybe prevent problems caused by misunderstanding. Objective: to establish a safety production environment, all the work shall be done in safe premise
Three: Eight principles of quality management system:
Rule 1. Focus on customer: organization depends on its customers. So the organization shall understand current and future customer needs, meet the customers and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Principle 2. Leading role: leaders establish this organization the tenet of unity and direction. They should create and maintain that employees can fully participate in to realize the goal of internal environment.
Principle 3. Full participation: staff is the foundation of organization. only their full participation can make their talents exchange into organization's benefit.
Principle 4. Process method is: Regard the related activities and resources as a process for the management, and can be more efficiently achieve the desired results.
Principle 5. Management system method: recognition, understanding and management as a system connected process, will help to achieve the goals of the organization efficiency and effectiveness.
Principle 6. Continuous improvement: the continuous improvement of the overall performance organization should be one of the group's eternal goal.
Principle 7. Based on facts decision-making method: effective decision is based on the data and information analysis.
Principle 8. The supplier relationship of mutual benefit, the organization and its supplier are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship can enhance the ability of both to create value.
